The Rules

No bullying

Be funny without making someone else the target. Bullying, harassment, threats, and hateful attacks get your line taken down. This applies to both your message and your display name.

Inappropriate names can be banned too. A line using an inappropriate name can be removed. Moderation is at my discretion.

Names and handles

You can post anonymously or put a name to your line. Whatever you enter must be yours to use. Do not use someone else’s name, handle, business, or trademark.

Names and handles are typed in by buyers. Nothing here is verified, nothing is a link, and nothing implies that the named person or business is involved with this site or endorses anything on it.

Passing yourself off as someone else gets the line removed, with no refund. If a line uses your name or handle without your permission, email me and I will take it down.

What you are buying

A line of up to 50 characters, starting at $0.50. Every visible line appears in the running list. The board is sorted by total paid, highest first; ties go to the older line. You can add money to your line with your claim code.

You are buying a line, not a guaranteed rank. Someone paying more moves you down. Read your message before paying: there are no edits afterward.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes being outbid, changing your mind, typos, and removal of your line or an inappropriate name. You agree to this before buying a line.

Chargebacks

Disputing a payment with your bank removes the line it paid for. The line comes down and the money is not returned. If a line has several payments behind it, a dispute on any one of them takes the whole line down.

If something went wrong, email me first. A chargeback is not a faster route to the same outcome; it is the one that ends with nothing on the board.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and buying for yourself. Lines are sold to buyers in the United States. If you buy from somewhere else, you are doing it on your own initiative and these rules still apply.

Payment and availability

Stripe processes payments; this site never receives your card details. Real purchases appear after payment clears. Demo posts do not involve money.

This is a novelty site run by one person, provided as is. Continued availability is not guaranteed, and closure does not result in refunds.

Reporting a line

If a line breaks these rules, uses your name, or is otherwise something I should look at, email hello@topcomment.gg. Include the line and why. I read these myself and act on them; lines that break the rules come down without a refund.

Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the United States. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived.
